I'm happy, I've finally found a good way to make large, grotesque scars! That doesn't sound like something one should be proud of, but lots of people ask for it, so...
Y halo thar acrylic modelling paste, lets see what you can do...
You can use a toothpick to spread the paste around, though I used the sharpened end of a paintbrush (I have no toothpicks in my house!?). The good thing about this stuff is you can mix it with acrylic paint to make textured effects. I've always wondered if onegreyelephant uses something like this for her mods...
The guy in the store told me it would dry clear, but that was a LIE. However, some blushing should help a bit...
ta-da! Not brilliant, because I was rushing it, but I can already see it has major potential for awesome modding.
My next experiment will involve gesso primer ;)
